Paleo dieter’s maybe tired of the standard Paleo diet of eggs and bacon not recognizing the wide range of Paleo breakfast choices available. Paleo Diet enables lean steak, chicken, fish, fruits and fresh veggies, nuts, seed products and natural spices or herbs. Excluded in the diet are: dairy, taters, legumes (peanuts excluded not really a nut but legume), soy, grain and preservatives
Paleo Cow’s Milk Options:
Almond Milk – Obtained from the almond nuts. Utilized in baking, desserts, and cereals
Hazelnut Milk – Obtained from the hazelnut. Utilized in baking, desserts, and cereals.
Coconut Milk – Plant based milk obtained from the coconut plant. Excellent source of milk, cream, and butter. Utilized in baking, desserts, shakes and cereals.
Cow’s milk is a great source of calcium although not permitted in Paleo Diet. Paleo Diet’s Causes of Calcium.
Eco-friendly Veggies – Broccoli, green spinach, artichokes, Chinese vegetables, mustard vegetables, turnip vegetables, collard vegetables and kale.
Fruits -Oranges, apricots, dried prunes, dried raisins, dates, and figs.
Nuts – Walnuts (includes almond milk and almond butter, hazelnuts (includes hazelnut milk), pine nuts, pecans, nuts.
Seed products – Sesame seed products
Fish – Canned sardines and canned salmon.
Sweetener does not allow in orthodox Paleo diet are processed sugar and honey. Figs are permitted in Paleo diet like a sweetener. Personally, I don’t take care of figs and cheat somewhat and can use a tiny bit of honey in certain recipes.
With the wide range of meals permitted in Paleo Diet, Breakfast Recipes don’t have to be boring and limited.

Grilled Garlic clove Mushrooms, Tomato plants with Bacon
